“Golimaar”, starring Gopichand and Priyamani in the lead roles, is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh and directed by Puri Jagannath. The music for the film is being composed by Chakri. Gopichand plays an encounter specialist and the character is inspired by the real life story of encounter specialist Daya Nayak, a Maharashtra police officer.  Golimar is tentatively planned to release on April 28 2010, but is still under production.
