Chiranjeevi’s plans to register his party Praja Rajyam with the Election Commission appeared to have run into trouble as Chenne Krishna, an advocate and resident of Cuddapah district in Andhra Pradesh has already filed an application before the Election Commission seeking to register his party in the same name.
However, the representatives of Chiranjeevi ironed out this issue with Krishna, who went to New Delhi today and submitted a written application to the EC withdrawing his application for registration.
Now the road is clear for Chiranjeevi to register his party with the EC and complete the other formalities.
