Audio to alert public on terror threat

B Prasada Rao, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner, released an audio CD titled Voice against Violence in Telugu, English and Hindi to alert the public in taking precautionary measures for averting bomb blasts by terrorists.

All establishments, including shopping malls, cinema halls, hospitals, bus stands and Railway Stations were requested to install public address system urgently and play the audio CD everyday at an interval of at least half an hour.

The Police Commissioner also urged all State and Central Government organisations to install the public address systems on a permanent basis to play the CD for the benefit of employees.
