Veteran film maker Mahesh Bhatt states that his forthcoming film Blood Money is not an erotic thriller like his earlier films Murder and Jism and the sequels of those films. A misconception about Blood Money being erotic has emanated after some intimate scenes from the film were leaked and circulated on the net.  The film deals with a middle-class boy who treads the wrong path in his pursuit to earn money. Directed by Vishal Mahadkar, Blood Money stars Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri.
