According to sources, the core committee of Chiranjeevi’s party has reportedly written to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police, that a public meeting will be held on August 26 at Thirupathi to formally announce the party.
The letter sent to the officials on Monday requested permission to hold the Public meeting and also to provide adequate police protection.
The core committee also said to have written a letter to the Vice Chairman and Managing Director requesting him to provide adequate bus transport facilities as around 5 lakh people are expected to attend the public
meeting on August 26.
