OU students attack TDP MLAs
Agitating Osmania University students attacked a group of Telugu Desam Party MLAs who had gone to the campus on Thursday. The MLAs Nagam Janardgan Reddy, Revantha Reddy, Kadiam Srihari, Erraballi Dayakar Rao and Uma Madhav Reddy, all belonging to Telangana region, went to OU campus after news of lathi-charged was flashed on the TV screens.
As soon as the MLAs got down from their vehicles, the students shouted slogans against them and later physically assaulted them. Nagam Janardgan Reddy, who was seriously injured, was rushed to Kamineni hospital. The students also damaged 6 cars belonging to the MLAs.
