Kamal Hasan: Glorious 50 years in cinema

Acknowldged as one of the finest actors in India, Kamal Hasan today completes 50 glorious years of his career in films.

Kamal has acted in more than 150 films so far in the languages of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam. Kannada, Hindi and Bengali. Many of his films are hits at the box office and all his films are awaited with great expectations from the audience, critics and the industry.

Some of his best known films in Telugu are “Maro Charitra”, “Aakali Rajyam”, “Swathi Muthyam”, “Sagara Sangamam”, “Indrudu Chandrudu“, “Nayakudu”, “Pushpaka Vimanam”, “Dasavatharam” among others.

At present, Kamal is remaking Hindi film “A Wednesday” in Tamil and Telugu with the title “Eenadu”
