“Titanic” James Cameron’s new film “Avatar”
Hollywood director James Cameron who made cinematic history with his film “Titanic” is now making a film “Avatar” which is an Action , Adventure and Sci-Fi Thriller.
He film stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Zoe Saldana and Giovanni Ribisi. The story deals with an inter-planetary war and another civilization on a distant planet.
“Avatar” is set during the 22nd century on a small moon called Pandora, which orbits a gas giant, and is inhabited by the Navi tribe who are 10-feet high blue humanoids that are peaceful unless attacked.
Humans from earth cannot breathe Pandoran air and they genetically engineer human/Na’vi hybrids of human-cum-Na’vi called as Avatars and they are controlled through mind messages. A paralyzed US Marine officer volunteers to exist as an Avatar on Pandora. But he falls in love with a Na’vi princess and gets caught up in the conflict between her people and the human military that is endangering the Pandoran world.
“Avatar”, produced by Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation, written and directed by James Cameron will be released world-wide in December.
