Shriya’s Hollywood connection
Shriya Saran has a couple of Hollywood projects and is busy preparing for them. She will be seen in renowned filmmaker Ashok Amritraj’s “The Other End of the Line”, which also stars international stars Jesse Metcalfe, Larry Miller and Sara Foster along with Tara Sharma and Anupam Kher.
Shriya plays an interesting character of a girl named Priya, who comes from an ordinary Indian middle-class family. The specialty is that she is quite modern in the way she dresses but very traditional in her values. She falls in love with a American.
Shriya will also shoot for Deepa Mehta’s “Cooking With Stella”, which is a funny film with a message. It is all about how foreigners react to servants in India, a concept that is unheard of abroad.
