Samardhudu shooting in progress

Akula Suresh and N Vijaya Reddy are producing a film titled Samardhudu with Raja and Sanjana playing the lead roles. Arjun is making his debut as director with this film. Krishnam Raju, veteran actor and uncle of hero Prabhas, is playing an important character in the film.

Samardhudu means a very capable person who is adept at achieving anything. The director says the hero’s role has been delineated on these lines and hence the title of the film.

The shooting of this film is now in progress at various locales in and around Hyderabad. The producers are planning for a December release of this film.
