Sa-Ro-Ja is a suspense thriller

Sa-Ro-Ja which is due for release on September 5 is a suspense thriller that deals with the incidents that occur in one day.

The film is produced by T Siva under Amma Creations banner and directed by Venkat Prabhu of Chennai 600028 fame. The star cast includes Srihari, Vaibhav, SPB Charan, Kajal, Nikhita, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Sampath, Vega, Premji and others.

The story narrates the various aspects of a kidnap episode. Saroja(Vega), the daughter of a businessman(Prakash Raj) is kidnapped and the case is being investigated by a police officer(Srihari). Meanwhile, four young men who arrive from Hyderabad to watch a cricket match accidently go into the building where Saroja is kept as a hostage. This development gives rise to many unexpected turns and twists in the story.
