Rajnikanth to attend Tokyo Film Fest

The South Indian super star Rajini Kanth is very popular in South-East Asia and the Far East. His last film Sivaji was shown in Singapur, Malaysia, Indonasia, Philippines, South Korea, Japan and China.

Rajini has a number of fan clubs in all these countries. He is going to Japan in October 2008 to attend the Tokyo International Film Festival. His forth-coming film Kuselan, titled Kathanayakudu in Telugu, is scheduled to be screened at the festival.

Interestingly, in the Japanese language, the word rajini means the empire of dance.
