Poru is the new film of Srihari

Srihari carved a niche for himself in Tollywood by his roles of both hero and character actor. In fact, there is a sentiment in Telugu film industry that if Srihari plays the role of heroine’s brother.

A new film titled Poru, with Srihari as hero, has been announced on August 15, which incidentally happens to be the actor’s birthday.

The film is being produced by G Srinivas Yadav and directed by Amma Rajasekhar. The music for the film will be composed by Mani Sharma.

The director said that Poru deals with the theme of a fight by the protagonist against the evil forces in the society.

The rest of the cast and crew are in the process of being finalized. The film will go to the floors sometime in September.
