The Synopsis

Ninnu Kalisaka Telugu Movie Review

Abhiram (Santosh) and Deepa (Deepa Shah) are in love and so is the pair of Chandu (Chaitanya) and Bindu (Pia). It so happens that Abhiram and Bindu leave for USA and work in the same company and they get to know each other. Slowly, their acquaintance grows into mutual attraction. Then they have to return to India. Will Abhiram and Bindu formalize their newfound romance or do they go back to their respective love partners.

Then there is the Love Guru (Jagapathi Babu) who counsels to untangle the emotional mix-up.

The Performances

Santosh, Chaitanya, Pia and Deepa Shah, all making their debut, appear to have talent, but they are badly let down by a poor storyline and weak

characterization. Jagapathi Babu looks like doing a disinterested role. Siva Nageswar Rao in the get up of Big B is boring. MS Narayana is wasted.

The Techniques

Siva Nageswar Rao who directed films like Money and Money Money has taken up the megaphone after a long hiatus and he comes out with a hotchpotch story that has seen-somewhere type of incidents coupled with a careless screenplay. A subject that tries to differentiate between love, true love, attraction, infatuation and so on has to be dealt with sensitivity and sensibility. Listless dialogues further dampen the the narration. Music is just average and even other technical aspects appear just average.
