Madhur Bhandarkar’s film on IPL Lalit Modi
Lalit Modi created the Indian Premier League Twenty20 tournament which has become hugely popular and is considered the biggest money-spinner in sports. His IPL venture has also become a part of syllabus in Business Management Schools.
Now, Madhur Bhandarkar, who makes realistic films like “Corporate” and “Fashion” is now making a film on the life and times of Lalit Modi and his IPL saga.
Shailendra Singh, JT MD Percept Picture Company will produce this film and the pre-production work has already started. This film yet to be titled is likely to start as soon as the director completes his present assignment “Jail”.
