Kunal Kapoor bags lead role in Anurag Kashyap’s film

Kunal Kapoor made his debut in Bollywood in the Tabu starrer Meenaxi-a tale of three cities. He got fame and name in Rang de Basanti. However, he was not getting any meaty roles. His films Laage Chuneri mein Daag and Aaja Nachle did not do well at the box office. Recently he played cameos in Bachna Ae Haseeno and Welcome to Sajjanpur.

Now Kunal has bagged solo lead in the film to be directed by Anurag Kashyap. He plays Raj comics super hero Doga in the film which will go to floors in the middle of 2009.
