Kangana Ranaut signs up for comedy film
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is known for her serious roles in Bollywood. In most of her films like “Gangster”, “Fashion”, “Raaz — The Mystery Continues”, “Life In A… Metro” and “Woh Lamhe”, she has been portrayed as a traumatized lady like a schizophrenic or Alcoholic or drug addict.
Kangana had her first brush with light roles with Anil Kapoor’s production “No Problem”, a comedy directed by Anees Bazmee. She has now signed up for a full length comedy film “Tanu Weds Manu” which is being directed by Aanand L. Rai of “Strangers” fame. She will be paired with R Madhavan in the film. Kangana is said to have been quite impressed by a meaty role offered to her in this comedy film.
