Jayanth C Paranjpe to direct Prabhas

The ruggedly handsome Prabhas is going through a rough patch right now. He became dear to the Telugu audience with his Varsham and later Chatrapathi.

However, his films Pournami, Yogi and Munna were disasters at the box office.

Then, to lift his sagging career, Puri Jagannath stepped in with Bujjigadu from Chennai. Even the ace director could not prevent a flop.

Now, Uncle Krishnam Raju has taken the responsibility to set right the sagging career of Prabhas. His home banner Gopi Krishna Movies is making a film titled Raju, where both Prabhas and Krishnam Raju are cast together. This film will be directed by Jayanth C Paranjpe.

While Krishnam Raju produced the all time hits Krishnaveni and Baktha Kannappa, Jayanth directed the super hits Preminchukundam Ra and Bavagaru Bagunnara. The director is back in action after brief hiatus.

The question is, will Prabhas give a hit with Raju?
