Film Chamber hails ticket hike

KS Rama Rao, President, AP Film Chamber, has praised Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy for announcing increase of balcony ticket fare to Rs 50.

He also thanked the present Congress government for giving a helping hand to the growth and development of Tollywood.

C Kalyan, Chairman, Producer’s Sector Council, also hailed the decision of the government to increase ticket price. He deplored that some vested interests in the film industry have taken some theatres under their control which has been adversely affecting producers of small budget films.
