Farhan Akhtar, writer-producer-director, has become an actor with Abhishek Kapoor’s Rock On. Farhan’s next release as actor is Luck By Chance directed by his sister Zoya Akhtar.

Farhan has agreed to act in a psychological thriller titled Kartik Calling Kartik which will be directed by a first-timer Vijay Lalwani.

Farhan has plans to jointly produce a film with Ritesh Sidhwani which features Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles and directed by Abhinay Deo, who is currently directing Aamir Khan’s home-production Delhi Belly.
