Asif Kapadia’s Far North to release in India

The British NRI director Asif Kapadia’s Engilsh film Far North, a gripping drama on the lives of two women in the inhospitable terrain of the Arctic would be released in theatres in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
The film, Far North, based on a short story by Sarah Maitland and screenplay written by Tim Miller, will be shown at PVR cinema theatres by NDTV Lumiere, an initiative formed by NDTV Imagine, Adlabs founder Manmohan Shetty and film activist-jurist Sunil Doshi.
Far North, starring Michelle Yeoh, Michelle Krusiec and Sean Bean, has been premiered at the 2007 Venice Film Festival and has been shown at Berlin, London and Dinard film festivals.
Kapadia, had previously directed an adventure film The Warrior starring Irrfan Khan.
