At last Amitabh Bachchan confirmed that he would act in a Hollywood film which will be written and directed by Paul Schrader. Amitabh will play the main lead in this film.
American screenwriter Paul Schrader who wrote the Robert de Niro’s Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, The Last Temptation Of Christ and other films directed by Martin Scorcese. He also directed several critically acclaimed films like American Gigolo and Cat People.
This is the second international offer to Amitabh. He is said to have been considering an offer from the producers of the award winning documentary March of the Penguins, for which Amitabh lent his voice-over for the English version.
