The software firms are now serious about talking this high attrition rate. They want to collect an amount ranging from one lakh to two lakhs from new employees as security deposit.
If an employee leaves the organization before the stipulated two years, then he will have to forfeit his security deposit. If an employee completes the contract period of two years, then his security deposit will be refunded at the time of his leaving the company.
